You do not need FounderPostAI to use it.

## 1. Choose your ten

Choose posts that still answer a useful question and whose underlying facts are current.
Prefer pages that already earn relevant search impressions or regularly help customers.
Exclude expired offers and pages that need substantial factual rewriting first.

- Site:
- Project owner:
- Main audience:
- Why these posts matter:
- Existing SEO plugin:
- Backup or staging location:

## 2. Save your baseline

Use the same Search Console property, search type, country/device filters, and date-window length for both measurements.
Save a complete 28-day period before the refresh. Record clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position per page.
If you have insufficient data, write "insufficient data" instead of manufacturing a baseline.

For each of the ten posts, copy this record:

- Page URL:
- Baseline dates:
- Clicks / impressions / CTR / average position:
- Relevant queries:
- Current search title:
- Current meta description:
- Existing related articles:

## 3. Review a small set of changes

- Does the title describe what the article actually helps a reader do?
- Is the description an accurate, specific introduction to the page?
- Does an existing phrase naturally connect to another useful article?
- Does the destination really exist, and does it match that phrase?
- Have you kept links out of existing links, code, and headings?
- Does the article still look right in the editor and on the published site?
- Can you restore the previous values?

Record the exact changes and the approval date. Avoid changing everything at once if you want to understand the result.

- New search title:
- New description:
- Internal link added (source phrase → destination):
- Other edits or site changes during this period:
- Approved by:
- Applied on:
- Backup/revision reference:

## 4. Follow up

Let search engines revisit the pages before assessing the refresh. Compare an equivalent complete period and record the exact dates. Keep the property and filters consistent.

- Follow-up dates:
- Clicks / impressions / CTR / average position:
- What improved:
- What declined or stayed the same:
- Possible competing explanations (seasonality, demand, other edits, search changes):
- Next action:

An observed traffic change is not proof that the refresh caused it. Report mixed and negative results too. Search engines may display their own title or snippet.
