FounderPostAI AI Suite helps WordPress users review SEO titles, meta descriptions, and internal links for existing content. Core provides the connection and shared settings. The free SEO module provides suggestions and review. SEO Pro adds whole-site runs, scheduling, and optional auto-apply.

Core and SEO are free plugin downloads. Live AI analysis requires a connected site and managed credits or the user's Anthropic API key. Provider usage is not unlimited or universally free.

## Suggested 45-second walkthrough
